The victim of a hit-and-run in Fairmount on Sunday has been identified by Gordon County Coroner’s Office.
According to a Georgia State Patrol preliminary report, several motorcyclists were injured on Sunday, Sept. 17, when a Ford F-150 driven by 73-year-old Ronald Grady Dickson of Calhoun hit them from behind at a high rate of speed on U.S. 411.
Three motorcyclists were flown to different trauma centers via Life Force while two more were transported via ambulance. One motorcyclist was killed as a result of the crash.
