Paige Loretta Sagar, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she violated a conditional bond to stay away from another woman.
Police said that Sagar was found within 500 yards of the victim’s home on Chambers Street.
Officers added that while placing Sagar into custody she refused to exit her vehicle nor place her hands behind her back.
Sagar is charged with aggravated stalking and two counts obstruction.

Paige Loretta Sagar, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stalked and threatened to kill a 30 year-old woman.
The report said that Sagar repetedly threatened to kill the victim through text messages by saying that she was coming to kill her while sending a photo of a knife.
She is then accused of driving by and parking outside the victim’s home.
Sagar is charged with terroristic threats and acts along with stalking.
